I understand that ALL required deposits must be paid prior to ordering any dresses. Frills by Scott will not refund any monies for any reason. Frills will not be responsible for weight gain/loss after measurements are taken. It is the responsibility of the bride to inform and follow up with each bridesmaid regarding payment, deadlines, etc. Frills will not be responsible for calling bridesmaids who have not paid. The bride may call Frills to check the status of payments. Upon the arrival of the bridesmaids dresses, Frills will inform the bride only.
